　　Recently ,most of the direct current brushless motors use hall. While driving,frequency change and bad state can interfere and damage hall parts. Because the hall is inside the motor,it will waste a lot of time and strength after damaging.
Our products delete the hall and make it easier in structure, craft and water-proof. What’s more, without hall,the motor can be easily maintained.
　　Hall is used to respond to electrical engine sub- position. The controller can use its signal to move the motor.
　　Without hall,our products can’t respond to sud-position directly. The controller needs to calculate the position to move the motor. That is to say,the position and turn both need the single slice software ,thus it is difficult to carry out zero start.
　　At the end of 2005,our company developped intelligent none-hall direct current brushless motor controller successfully.It has various protection function.Adopting advanced software control technique,the bicycle can work steadily and noiselessly. This controller is small and consumes low.According to needs, it can carry start, 1：1 assisted working mode and zero start.

(3)Function

1,Self check
With electricity, single slice can check.If there is circuit breakdown,tube damage, short-circuit etc.,the controller will refuse to start.

2, Over protection
While working,the controller can adjust the current to protect the moter,controller and battery.

3, Low-voltage protection
While working,the motor will be turn off when the voltage is low.

4, Speed protection
Controller will cut the supply in 2 or 3 seconds when the speed is low.

5, 1＋1 assist
Controller gives out motivity according to rider’s power.

6, Guard function
While locking, the controller will give certain electricity if the car moves little. If not, the controller will close the current.This function only used in special motor.
